Two-Year Limited Warranty

This product carries a warranty that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachments not provided with the product, loss of parts, or subjecting the appliance to any but the specified voltage. (Read directions carefully) If the product should become defective within the warranty period, return the product with original sales receipt to the retailer where you purchased the unit. A replacement may be offered at the discretion of the retailer.

To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product, applicable charges for postage and handling and your sales receipt with your name, address and day time phone number to: Lava Gold Products, Villaggio in the Lakes 5803 NW 151 Street, Suite 200-B, Miami Lakes, FL 33014 (California residents need only provide the defective product and proof of purchase). ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIBALITIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTH DURATION
OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and you may have other rights which differ from state to state. In no event shall Lava Gold products be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of this warranty, expressed or implied.
