Two-Year Limited Warranty

These products carry a warranty that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachments not provided with the product, loss of parts, or subjecting the appliance to any but the specified voltage.

If service is required or if this product fails to meet your satisfaction during the warranty period, return the product with receipt to the nearest Beauty Supply or retailer where you purchased the unit.
A replacement or refund may be offered at the discretion
of the retailer.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE TWELVE (12) MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, and you may have other rights which differ from
state to state. In no event shall PBS products be liable for any incidental, special
or consequential damages for breach of this warranty, expressed or implied.
